Marketing and sales definitely isn't where my natural ability is, but I'm working on improving my sales skills & tracking the money I spend, KPIs, etc to optimize what I spend on marketing. 

In times like these, when deals can be harder to come by its easy to let yourself allow for optimal outcomes to make the numbers work.   

The suspiciousness in answering that question may help point you to reasons to proceed with caution and optimism.

To keep this short and sweet, if you are a RE professional in the Chicagoland area, my goal is to connect with each and every one of you.What I lack in real estate experience, I make up for with 20+ years of experience in residential construction, electrical engineering, drafting & design, photography & videography, web design, graphic design, social media marketing and ecommerce.

I understand the feeling of wanting to optimize all of your investment capital and yet I think it is important to move slowly to make sure it goes to a good place. 

Would appreciate any thoughts on that from the community on this plan or other ways to optimize this situation.Anyways, sorry for typing so much, but just wanted to get this one out to the hive mind.
