The best advice I would tell your wife when just starting out is to also look for a brokerage with a TOP NOTCH training program. 

If on site they tend to be quieter and sometimes you can fix on the spot.

Their training for the 200-hour North Carolina class was around $3000 in spring 2014, much better than what you have listed (though it is hard to read).

Seems everyone and their dog is on the wholesale train, after you learn real estate, you'll probably get off that train at the first stop.

The alternative is to obtain a good education from conventional sources, like a $350 course at a real estate school, or buying a $35 real estate book that agents learn from or reading on sites that teach real estate before how to use techniques that are all based on basic functions.

But in our new agent training we were told to know our worth and also be able to demonstrate our value and why we are worth 6%.
