i'm so used to seeing the Zestimate for most every property on zillow, that am now surprised to see they have cut back on estimates for many if not most properties.

wonder what happened, or if its just in my area (coastal socal)? im certain all these properties used to have a definite Zestimate displayed just months ago, now most all are gone! was there a complaint, class action or something?!

Zestimates are very inaccurate; I would not rely on them at all. There is an article in the LA Times where the CEO of Zillow stated nationwide Zestimates have a median error rate of about 8%.
