Realtors are used to fielding a lot of questions and may not think of it as a bother.

The tax number still bothers me.

I would say the board game is far better at learning the concepts and also creating opportunities to discuss things with you other players.

I'd have more interest in hearing Will speak if he bothered contributing to BP now and then.

I think this is the type of owner where he doesn't even want to be bothered, but I can always suggest it.

Should I even bother to fully disclose the rest of my assets or just leave it be?

The appreciation players stay out here and flippers, but even the flipping model can be hard because it's high capital flipping. 

I stay so busy with my business that when I do take  a vacation I do not want to be bothered by anyone.

Obviously there are no guarantees in any financial transaction and I could probably deal with it if it is my own money but I don't want to ever be in a position to tell an investor that they may not get the expected ROI.I am fortunate that this hasn't happened but It is something that always bothers when I think about it. 

Consistency will be a big player here and I need to be sure I am fully capable of handling that campaign.
