I wanted to inform you of an upcoming RE club event in which I will be the main speaker. The date is August 21 and it starts at 6:30PM in Burbank, CA.

Burbank Holiday Inn - 150 E Angeleno Ave., Burbank, CA.

The topic is on Rehabbing and I will show you all the tools I use, how to analyze deals, and how to succeed in this competitive market.

I hope to see many fellow BP members at this new club which happens to be local to me and my area. If you plan on attending, do send me a PM or email and I will send you a flyer with all the details.

In addition, I will be showing off my software application which has allowed me and others to make more offers and get more deals while becoming even more productive and not burning out the agents!

last nights meeting was a blast and I just want to say to BP Nation the following - BP and its me,bets Rock. When asked where the audience came from, 80% of the room said Biggerpockets!

I also want to say that one specific BP member drove all the way from Barstow to Burbank just to hear me speak! That is some kind of awesome and I am hoping he will jump in here and receive his kudos from BP Nation! Until then, he will remain nameless.
