I self-manage all my investments and feel like the better return in other cities would be more than eaten up by property management and travel costs.

Now SoCal and Cali is a big place, there are some areas that cash flow just fine day one...if you go out a couple hours outside of OC, Bakersfields, Deserts, etc...and or look into getting creative with vrbo, short term funished, think traveling nurses...you get the picture.

Two of our guests this month traveled more than 3 hours to come and stay, so I guess we are a destination now.  

,yeah i was traveling to Brazil and Uruguay for work so i was MIA for while. we were trying to decide which bank to go with and we were between, BBVA, Chase, and Wells. and after going in and talking to the Business managers from each one we felt that BBVA was more willing to work with new businesses and had better options for what we were looking to do. not to mention they went out of their way to accommodate us during our visit since we couldnt get there until it was pretty much their closing time, they didnt rush us or try to get us set up with an account we didnt need. very knowledgeable and friendly... its right around the block from us on 2520 hwy 6 south. and we spoke with Asif Waheed (business banker officer) and Rafael Tobar (financial sales advisor) if you decide to check them our tell them Nick from NFRB sent you.. really good guys!

Bed bugs can be picked up while traveling and brought back in luggage. 

I travel there weekly for my W2 and focus on B&H in Pensacola.

I've only had one bad review from a traveler like this, mostly they know what they've done and don't try to fight it or lash out, just accept it and move on.

I lived there for about 8yrs and travel to the area about 3-4 times a year for football season and to visit friends.
