Newbie Investor from Australia Wanting to Setup an LLC for REI

I am from Melbourne, Australia and need to set up an LLC for REI, Buying and Selling real estate in the US. What are the best states to set up an entity with regards to taxes and anonymity? I would prefer to look at agency that has and association with a tax accountant that can set up LLC, bank accounts etc possible as a package for foreign investors.

I suggest setting up an LLC in the same state you are looking at investing in.

A good attorney can make wonders happen for you.

We own tons of LLC's in Ohio and no one ca find out who the owners are :)
