On Home Depot no one gets 15% off on material purchase, it is based on accumulation of dollars actually spent up to 5%(most contractors do not reach it).

I've personally gone on to a home improvement store website and just filled the cart up to get a rough materials cost estimate.

Friday rolls around...not only is it not done but the materials are gone...as is the drywall lift AND the Rotozip my electrician lent them so they could do the job.

They know costs of materials and labor.

I wouldn't think so..but unfortunately, a hold deposit and security deposit are 2 terms which are different, but not really differentiated in a lot of material I'm reading.

I think after a half hour of sitting on one of those chairs, I may have come up with some new fire starting material. 

She wanted the discount but was worried since she knew there was a possibility of a promotion at work that would involve relocating.  

Eg-shell would likely cut down on material costs because you don't have to worry about putting it in bathrooms and kitchens. 

It also includes an interest held by a taxpayer in a  trade or business that is not a passive activity and in which the taxpayer does  not materially participate.Based on the above, I think the interest would be classified as Investment Interest and go on Schedule A since the notes fund produces interest income.
