Hi All,Like many people needing to do a 1031, I am skeptical and concerned about scams.  

With most people having their own streaming services, we don't plan to pay for cable.

Ask what you can learn that is not already out there on the internet and what is special about this class from the other 1000 people doing this.Lastly ask for the contact info for last ten people who have taken the class and when, reach out to them as well. 

We have a great group usually around 60 people or more.

That will help people give you better advice than just on investing in Charlotte in general because it's pretty big.

Hi Pablo, Lots of people in Tulsa County having the same issues.

I haven’t seen too many people posting here from the PNW vs the east coast.

And this means people activity picks up, especially in real estate.

And the market here in Berkeley is very hot, so it makes me a bit confused when comparing this situation to people who talk of REI in lower costs and cooler markets, as I'm not sure how well the numbers translate.

There's still solid deals to be had in that market, people who bought in 2021/2022 and poorly manage are looking to exit and we've helped secure a few sub to deals in that market + we have some clients who've bought as a 2nd home recently and done extremely well.
