Anthony Turco, REI mentor- legit?

I'm thinking about hiring Anthony Turco as a wholesaling real estate mentor. Anyone have experience with him?

Never heard of him. Quick google search appears they fix and flip not wholesale? What is the cost of the program? Ask what you can learn that is not already out there on the internet and what is special about this class from the other 1000 people doing this.

Lastly ask for the contact info for last ten people who have taken the class and when, reach out to them as well.

I get that tingly feeling when people say "mentorship" because to me a mentorship is working side by side with someone. And if someone is very successful in real estate they would not have time to mentor someone, especially someone they do not know and do not interview to judge if they think they are a right fit (and just take your money)

I have no idea who Anthony Turco is, never heard of him, but let me explain something about courses and gurus.

There are a lot of fake gurus out there and a lot who have bad intentions, but even in most of those the course information is not terrible (it's just copied from someone else). Even with the bad actors in the space, it's people that are falling for it. And those people are the same people who fail because of user error.

User error is thinking you are going to pay for a course and not do the work and that the money will appear. It does not. I agree that there are tons of BS courses out there, but there are way more people making bad decisions, looking for short-term gains and want someone else to do the work for them.

Do not pay him he is a fraud type of guy. he won't teach you the right way of doing it. he will just sell you something you can find online. He is not looking for your best interest. I found myself a guy who was willing to teach me the whole thing for free and doing it at one step at a time. someone like him is just after your money. I paid 2 payments and he is not asking me for the 3rd payment in months now because I have paid already 80%. Never PAY for anyone, whether their a scam or a guru.
