What are good Internet speeds for a STR?

With most people having their own streaming services, we don't plan to pay for cable. What are good Internet speeds for a STR that will have a few (3ish) TVs and one gaming console.

300 or 400 would be ok for a smaller house.

You can provide You Tube TV for cable and local channels so you don't look too cheap.
