Please Help as this is very new for me ( I own a few multi-families and have done all the oil tank,etc. stuff but this is very new for me).I am not looking to quibble over a few hundred dollars but in working with multi-family contractors, I've had quote difference of several thousand and have saved a lot of money shopping around.
