We are Real Estate Investors who currently reside in Australia.

We love real estate and want to grow our portfolio significantly.

My Parents have invested in Australian Real Estate for 30+ Years. We are currently residing in Melbourne Australia and the Property Market Median ranges from 700,000 to 1.2 Million+ depending on location.

I too have been fortunate to be involved in the Real Estate Market (in the Melbourne regions of Australia) before the market became too saturated.

We are currently exploring and seeking to expand and invest in other markets.

@Yolanda Raymond affordable is depending on the market. IF you look at Cali your in the same price point as Bris/Melb. IF you shop in the midwest then your at a much lower entry point for purchasing.
Have you decided which market? Im personally based out of Cleveland OH. Where $60k USD will buy rent ready duplex or house.
