There is plenty of free information on all aspects of investing available on the internet and here on BiggerPockets.   

Note: I'm not an attorney and I don't play one on the internet but I know what has worked for us and what we use to wholesale. 

What I haven't seen is any case study or any investor giving a detailed account on the internet about going thru their Turnkey-Alt program.

It also keeps things like internet service to the building much simpler and easier when a new tenant moves in.Hope this helps, 

You could also Google the town name and land records to see if the town has the records available on the internet.

Sometimes they're different from the price on the internet. 

The most successful sites on the internet are the most visible ones.

Believe it or not, my response when someone asks me how I got their phone number is...”I got it on the internet.

@Jonathan Taylor Smith makes a great point, before creating our own property management company I had tenant go directly to my site and fill out detailed application at which time I would have my automailer send them to my screening site (i had them pay on my site 50$ for screening app but it only cost me 30$) but a LOT of people we rent to did not have a phone or internet so we would meet them and screen them at that time.there are other rental platforms and CRMs that are inexpensive and free that give you more control and flexibility with how to manage your rental process
