Only exception here is companies with minimum 10 employees, and even then it needs to be very material intensive like HVAC or kitchens, not plumbing or electrical.

I didn't trust the hospital to keep my mom safe and comfortable, as so much communication is lost at shift change and many of the employees are tasked with taking care of too many patients.
