You are disturbing the original foundation and supports for the building and not to mention any attached buildings so you will need experts input to determine load, etc...

You can’t begin to determine a prospective tenant’s fitness to rent without asking the right questions.

Whether or not to sell or rent can best be determined by you:  1)  What do you prefer?

Would you be willing to share what other things about the property that you might check in order to determine whether to lend on it (aside from it’s financials, location, market potential, etc.)?
