On the investment side I think a new agent is less likely to be rigid and is open to creative methods and as a commercial mortgage banker I think that they may still be building their team and are open to working with new people.

In my opinion one should only flip homes AFTER one has a dependable team of professionals who will do the work AND  if one can buy te home at a steep discount ( which is the most difficult part).

You can only hold the Sales Agent designation for 2 years, you must move on to Broker by then.Why not just find a great, investor friendly agent and use them as part of your team?
