It may be real, but lets face it, LOTS of tenants lie to landlords to get out of situations.

Hi @Jim GrowferYou'll have to look up the owners for the apartment complex on the county tax assessor's website.  99% of the time for apartment complexes of that size the ownership will be under an LLC.

So I see a house on CL and research tax assessor records to see owner history and to try to find out how much the owner may have in the property to prepare for negotiation. 

If you want to send me info I can tell you what it is you need to do vs what you think you need to do. i.e. if you have legal parcels (legal and tax parcels are NOT necessarily the same), you can segregate them at the assessors office and sell separately with very little work required.If you need to do a TPM or TPM waiver, then you can create separate legal lots or condos and sell separately.

The property has a mobile home on it and is mentioned on the assessor record.

On the county assessor's website, the property is ACTUALLY listed as a 5 unit property and the utility companies treat it as such (I.E.
