I've always been interested in real estate, and have even toyed with the idea of becoming a real estate agent but my focus is to eventually set up enough passive income that I can follow my bigger goals and dreams, but the basic foundation is super important to me as a lasting legacy to my children and the framework to support my longer term goals monetarily.While I'm not familiar with some aspects of real estate I do have specialized knowledge that I'm hoping to use within the world of real estate, which is renewable energy/sustainable living and also suitability to agriculture and specialized equine facilities.

He said they try to make them all very similar because they can get discounts on materials which obviously makes the rehab cheaper.He is also starting a foundation that gets donated properties they can rehab.
