Hi All,
I'm Bri. I've always been interested in real estate, and have even toyed with the idea of becoming a real estate agent but my focus is to eventually set up enough passive income that I can follow my bigger goals and dreams, but the basic foundation is super important to me as a lasting legacy to my children and the framework to support my longer term goals monetarily.
While I'm not familiar with some aspects of real estate I do have specialized knowledge that I'm hoping to use within the world of real estate, which is renewable energy/sustainable living and also suitability to agriculture and specialized equine facilities. I'm also very good at research projects, thinking outside the box and management.
My initial goal is to start bird dogging and/or working with a mentor for a bit so I can get a better feel for the wholesaling and flipping process before I start wholesaling, both standard and reverse (preferred) until I have enough financial resources and/or a partner so I an start investing in purchasing sensible single homes and small multi-family rentals to use for passive income.
