Hello,

My name is Amy Sill. I am from Spirit Lake, IA. I am a full-time CPA working on getting into more real estate investing. My husband has owned a duplex since 1993. We flipped a house in 2004. We are looking to do more fix and flips and buy-and-hold residential rentals.

I've been perusing Bigger Pockets for a couple of months and thought it is finally time to join. I have found great information that has made me very anxious to find our next deal. I'm excited to learn more!!
