Hi there,

My name is Paula and I'm a new member here to learn about investing and get some specific advice about how to start. I'm a newer realtor also so I'm learning about the whole industry. I'm in the process of moving to Encinitas, CA and have an opportunity to buy a condo there to live in until I buy a home and turn the condo into a rental property. I would love any information and advice from anyone who has experience with All inclusive trust deeds. I am considering doing one to get my foot in the door because it's difficult to get a loan being self employed. Any thoughts?
