There are different ways to accomplish that by pulling lists from different app, skip tracing, then cold calling or texting them. 

However, these feet are starting to get alittle cold!

I got cold feet and I backed out on a couple deals before.

Some folks will be left out in the cold for sure.Also, it appears to me to be more about the folks not paying the transitory housing taxes.

having a situation in a duplex without ductwork and thinking about going to a PTAC unit (similar to what you see in hotels) inexpensive, cheap to replace, easier to work on than a mini-split system (and in the north mini-splits do not work in extreme cold) 

I've talked to the local appliance shop that it was purchased from and they said it is more than likely caused from misuse or incorrect care there examples were dropping some thing, sudden change of temp by placing a cold pan on a hot burner, overheating the glass, ect.
