@Caleb BrownI'm closing on a house tomorrow in Richmond that needed quite a bit of work before I could get my loan including flooring, fixing siding and more.  

Go to your bank TODAY (well tomorrow, banks are closed today) and just ask them if you qualify for an FHA loan.

This contractor may or may not be hired to do the actual work on the house; that decision will be up to the end buyer, who will be someone other than me.Anybody free tomorrow afternoon around 4:00? 

There is a local meeting tomorrow at 7 pm tomorrow night I can pm you the details if interested.

I'm going to walk through all three properties tomorrow, are there anything I should consider in the larger scheme of this deal or anything I should keep an eye out while doing the walk through or questions I should ask?
