My name is Larissa and I'm a new member! It's nice to meet you all. I've been listening to the Podcast obsessively for the past month and I've learned a lot.

I'm located in the Northside of Chicago area and I'm interested in multifamily units to  and probably to hold for investing. My end goal is to be completely financially independent through real estate.
