Analysis Paralysis

I need some help getting over this hump. I recently graduated from college and I've been meeting with some local investors in Cleveland OH but I have yet to do anything. My goal is to start off with house hacking but I don't have any money. I did just get a job to start earning and saving but I just feel stuck. I'm still working on a clear goal to take action but I believe that it's just slowing me down. Does anyone have advice for me?

Buy a duplex in need of some repair and live in one half of the building while the tenants pay your mortgage.  Fix it up and refinance once you have some equity in it.  Then do it again, and again and again;)
