Good Morning BP!

I thought I would take a moment to introduce myself. I recently bought my first house, but want to begin looking for additional units as a way to supplement my income. Right now I am in a position where I do not have a large amount of money for a down payment, so might be interested in hard money lenders in my area. I'm interested in learning more about starting off (in a small way) with multifamily units and also have an interest in learning more about the wholesale practice.
