Many of the more aggressive banks will loan on this product too though.I consider sourcing money pretty much the highest value activity in running a real estate business.

I have registered with Active Rain, a while ago, and was paying around $49 pm, after 2 months I asked to cancel, they ignored my request and after 7 months I discovered that they were still charging my card.

He said it doesn't matter they wouldn't be liable because they forced anyone to sign that pile of paper relieving them of any obligations.Thinking back I should have sent it directly, and drive over to the property and tape the report to the door!

I do also have a real estate license but it's currently inactive because I decided to teach instead of selling real estate as a full time job (more interested in buying real estate , than I am in selling it) but I may activate it again in the future just to make some money back on my future purchases.

He really stressed to me how important this was though to be prepared, especially with the declining of the middle class.its funny that you mentioned apple orchards. i actually know a guy who owns a great deal of orchards (forgot what kind) in the phillipenes, and he is turning some great coin there for him and his family.

Steve, we had a fire, and the one thing I would stress is to be careful if they are offering a choice between writing you a check for the estimate or having their list of contractors repair it.
