Hey guys I've actually been checking out BP for a few months but I didn't realize that there was an introductions forum until a few days ago, and I finally have some time to go ahead and introduce myself.

Like a few others on here I am 27 so I am sort of at the beginning stages of my investing career. I do own two SF rentals in Austin, and I plan on picking up a few more as soon as I can. I own a Pedicab business in Austin as well, and I teach first grade full time at Gilbert Elementary in East Austin/Del Valle. So I stay pretty busy, but I would definitely like to accelerate my investment growth and help you guys do the same and that's why I'm here chatting with you guys :).

Thanks for all of the info, this site is great and I have learned quite a bit from some of the more seasoned investors on this site.

I do also have a real estate license but it's currently inactive because I decided to teach instead of selling real estate as a full time job (more interested in buying real estate , than I am in selling it) but I may activate it again in the future just to make some money back on my future purchases.

That's me :) best of luck in all of your investments guys!
