Dealing with insurance companies after a fire!!
One of my properties just had a fire last night. It was one that I intended to flip. My question/concern is this. Does anyone have any suggestions how to deal with the insurance company. I have never had a claim so this is out of my realm. I am afraid of how the insurance co. is going to try to rake me over the coals (polite way of saying it). Does anyone have any suggestions of what to say/not to say?
