He's specifically waiting to sell only one property each year, to not get kicked up into a higher tax bracket and pay more capital gains than he has to.

But the specific neighborhood also needs to be considered. 

I would like a new CPA that would be specifically geared to working with construction companies, as well as an advisor with the company’s financials/ real estate.

It is important to clearly outline the specific terms and conditions of the agreement in writing to ensure that both parties have a comprehensive understanding and are in complete agreement.
