Hello everyone, I am looking into buying a SFR that I will be rehabbing and then renting out. I have my own small business, I do commercial construction all over the East coast. I am looking into speaking with CPAs and Advisors on how to best handle this. I would like a new CPA that would be specifically geared to working with construction companies, as well as an advisor with the company's financials/ real estate. This way I can plan accordingly with professionals in my area, build a solid foundation of relationship, and decide which course of action would work best for me in terms of growth. I am also looking into investing in real estate with funding from my own company's funds. I am a single owner llc and have the necessary fundings for getting started as well as experience in construction and contacts to help me with rehabbing. My zip code is 30236, the company's is 30326 and I would prefer professionals within those areas but am willing to travel what's necessary to speak and work with them long term.
