I just got hooked on the podcasts and listen to them while driving...lots of useful information.IMO, the local REIAs are good to network but usually have a "guru" trying to pitch their products/services/affiliations...at least that is my experience in my local area.I've considered starting my own local group to network and roundtable discuss ideas/deals/etc... and no "gurus" allowed :)

Search "eprei" and all of them will come up.If you don't have any Apple products, you can also search for his podcasts on a radio app like TuneIn.

In the end, we want to create an arrangement which is respectful of what everyone is bringing to the table, deliver a quality product and build a successful business. 

So far we have spoke with executives from Canglow windows and doors, (  http://canglow.ca/ ) from our locality and they offer products at a reasonable pay of scale.

It helped provide a valuable foundation to UNDERSTANDING YOUR PRODUCT, which I think gets overlooked a lot of times in the pursuit of making money as quickly as possible.So, I highly recommend it to anyone looking to become a real estate professional, or someone just serious in acquiring a good amount of properties.
