Furthermore, if you cannot pull permits, you may not be able to get your draws out of the bank, normally they require permit verification prior to release of funds, if permits are required for the type of work you are planning.

NikkiAn inspection usually just covers if the item is functioning properly, not if all the permits have been pulled and passed by the city (although I think you may be able to request such an "upgraded" inspection, check with the company you have hired).

So far I've compared them on their Price/Rent ratio, population size, population growth trends, monthly SFH sales trends, SFH inventory trends, unemployment rate trends, building permit trends and crime rates.Right now I am liking the numbers I see in Renton and Everett.
