Investor/ Land Lord in Jacksonville, Fl
Looking for mortgage brokers & conventional lending.
I started buying SFH in 2008 with the goal of owning 4 or 5 properties. My OCD kicked in(again) and now I own 24 and it's looking like it will be 26 by the end of January. The majority of these assets needed rehab that we did ourselves other than subcontracting some permit required work.
I'm on 15% hard money and I haven't been late once on any loan. I'm looking to take out my lender (continue the relationship ) and replace with conventional loans, 15 - 20 year amortization , better rates , etc.....
