County will not issue a title on your double-wide - you will need to go to the State for that - see link below, but basically it is the Nebraska DMV - they will have a Mobile/Manufactured Home site you can click on. 

Its the same reason why I leave specific showing scheduling instructions in the description.

From my understanding the courses that are offered come with very detailed instructions on structuring deals and protecting yourself legally.

Your problem is your looking for some singular cookie-cutter hard-fast A-B-C 1-2-3 step by step instructions like building a Lego project.

I wish that there were a tiny home manufacturer out here in Hawaii as I imagine that there would be a huge demand.
