I am looking to begin investing by house hacking and am looking for some guidance.

As you know all areas have been challenged with over priced houses.

-House-hacking: You could buy a property with down payment assistant and do different types of house-hacking.

During this 30-day period, agents should be able to: set goals for themselves; set up their MLS; add their sphere/ALL of their friends, family, acquaintences to a database; begin calling/contacting everyone in their database; begin generating leads from other sources like cold calling, expireds, fsbos, social media, open houses, etc; begin tracking KPIs; create or refine online profiles; create and post social media content; attend role play sessions to work on lead generation/conversion skills & more.

Just like the rest of the house, the roof is also shifting and settling in... if they made the roof "tight" then yes you are going to have some places where corners might break or things happen. 

Have you checked with your lender to see if you qualify for any mass housing or DPA programs?

My brother is interested in selling his house to me, however, I’d like to keep the existing 2.9% interest rate on his mortgage.
