Cracked roof tiles

I am moving out of my 3.5 year old single-family home as it is becoming a rental next week. I got my roof inspected to assess for any concerns on my way out. There were five cracked tiles identified and it was recommended I have a storm collar placed. How would you approach this? Given the age of the roof, is it necessary to get this fixed? Thanks!
