Long term biker investor getting back into the swing of Subject 2s

Hi I am 20+ years a broker and past investor into lease options and assumptions.  I'm just recently getting back into it and working on expired listings. As you know all areas have been challenged with over priced houses. I think now is the right time for my strategy.
