Richmond is growing by leaps and bounds it feels like.

An umbrella policy as well as your assets grow is a great idea.  

I have read a few real estate books and I'm excited about the journey ahead about what I can learn and how I can grow.

Also if anyone has suggestions on how to grow from there in the future that would be appreciated (I'm thinking use future equity/savings to keep buying properties?)

My small network is growing, but I'm hearing 15% minimum.

I was looking at it since I am told GA market is hit in general and this area is expected to grow over 6% next few years. 

Then in reading through BP, that thought evolved into a decision to make this a business that can grow into something profitable for the long term and not just a vacation home that I rent out.

Livingston is growing steadily and there is extremely high demand there right now and lots of new business coming in, which will drive even more demand.
