Hello BPers,

Thanks to all of the contributors here. I found BP yesterday and I must say that it's impressive to see some of the success stories that I've come across in the many posts I've spent reading in the past 24 hours. I currently live in north New Jersey, but am looking to start my RE investment journey in north eastern Pennsylvania. I'm not entirely sure, but I'm leaning toward rental income, as opposed to flipping. Although that may change I feel that in my current situation it's what would work best for me. I currently own an insurance agency, so I do and will continue to have a pretty decent revenue stream as I dive into this. With that being said, I'd prefer to build a business that can generate a consistent revenue well into the future. There's so much to know and learn that it's a bit intimidating! If anyone has recommendations for RE agents, management companies, inspectors, attorneys, contractors, please let me know. I sincerely appreciate all of the time and effort you have all put into building this community into what it is. I look forward to hearing from you and thank you again in advance for your help. Have a great day!
