Hi everyone,

I'm a new graduate student in living in Nashville right now. I came across the BP podcast in the new Google Play podcast thing. I knew next to nothing about real estate until i started listening to BP. I have been an investment enthusiast of sorts for a couple of years now, and I am finding the world of real estate investment absolutely fascinating.

I'm eager to learn right now. I'm the kind of person that will sit, listen, read and learn for a bit before trying anything myself. I'm glad to see this kind of resource exists with so many open minds willing to share their knowledge and experience. I hope I can take (and maybe one day, give) a lot from here.

That being said, I'd love to learn what people in Nashville and Middle Tennessee are up to right now. And I'm always up for meeting for coffee and hearing what people are up to. I love learning new things (hence the grad school bit) and i'm looking forward to hopefully get acquainted with some of you around here.

-Wilson

Education and training is a great place to start when real estate investing.Just remain active and ask questions for understanding. There are meetups too which is a great way to network with other investors and professionals
