Hello! I recently earned a FL Real Estate license and am now working as an agent. I discovered the bigger pockets community recently and have been listening to the podcasts often. I have read a few real estate books and I'm excited about the journey ahead about what I can learn and how I can grow.

I was researching REIs and came upon this which I thought may be an opportunity. Would the community take a moment and tell me what they think about this? Thank you!

The same style unit in the community recently sold for 205,000 completely updated. There is another same style unit in the community selling for 207,000 completely updated. This unit has been on the market for a while, the HOA has low fees and the community/city is very nice!
