Whatever you come up with, make sure it's easy to read while in traffic.I see so many cars where people actually paid for a window wrap which can only be read standing next to the vehicle while it's not moving.

Filing a complaint with could open a can of worms not only with the other tenants (as they stand to lose their Section 8 benefits), but also with the Landlord who stands to lose his guaranteed income or have to spend more $ bringing the property back up to the level it needs to be in order to be able to rent to Section 8 tenants.OR you could put together a creative offer to purchase the property from the Landlord.

Factoring in liability insurance with/without a structure, potentially higher taxes with/without a structure, and demolition/deconstruction costs, what is the best financial decision:  tear down (or deconstruct) soon after purchasing, OR leave the structure standing for 5-10 years until I decide what I want to do with the lot?
