Depends on if you’re looking for a legit contingency (inspection, title, legal units) or if you’re looking for a “get out of jail free card” BS contingency because you can’t flip the contract, find a buyer, etc.

Career-wise, my business card says "warehouse manager" but my other hats include warranty admin, IT, and database management.

Mark gets it.Yes they WILL scope you out, and if you are memorable, different, unique, anything that sets you apart, be it a fancy logo, a beautiful yomanz on the card, what ever  it is, it only helps your case.See keep this golden rule in mind when doing any kind of marketing.
