Since 2017, I've been trying to establish a passive income. My credit is fair to good.  I have six thousand to $12,000, what can I do to establish a reliable source of passive income (I'm in debt by the way and I'm working to pay it all off)?

@Ayobamibo Afuwape it doesn't make much financial sense to have $6k-$12k sitting in a bank paying maybe 2% when the balance on your credit card is costing you 15%-20%+  Keep enough for your emergency fund and put the rest towards the CC debt that is a guaranteed return.
