It may not be the answer you want to hear but in this industry we must learn how to say no, be patient, smart, and take our shots when they present themselves.

Get shots of the roof, gutters, yard, windows, doors, kitchen (with cabinets open and closed), flooring, furnace and hot water tank, electric service panel, plumbing from the water main.

Even with a" Service Dog " there needs to be an assurance that the animal is properly licensed with the required shots up- to-date!
