What are the closing costs in a mortgage assignment

I've tried searching the forums, but can someone walk me through who is being paid, and what their doing as far as closing costs are concerned with MAPS?

As far as I can think, it would only be the title company needing to receive any money for closing.

It's a subject to deal. Actually, two back to back subject tos with you in the middle. Sort of a sandwich lease option with subject to transactions rather that lease options.

Because there are real deed transfers with this deal there should be title insurance. Thats likely to be more than a few hundred.
