I don't know the laws about a deposit limits...that's why we hired and pay a property manager :) The pm is a licensed Realtor and actually the broker/ owner of a local company and manages several other properties.I've gotten some new info about the situation and no longer  think he may be trying to keep the deposit from us....it really never was collected (there are emails between pm and tenants to this effect).HOWEVER we were never notified about this.  

Or hire a cleaning person.

I want someone who is ready, willing, and able to hire and pay for our service. 

Do you hire someone to do a title search with every purchase?

Not sure you know if a realtor is selling his properties he hires another person to represent him to avoid some issues and get better price.

Hey Guys, I am doing some research on what everyone thinks about hiring a property manager.

Its call "air hunting" I believe.  

You can't hire your son to work on the property, but you can hire your nephew or brother. 

Its all up in the air for now.
