Greetings all!

I'm going to say it upfront. I'm a complete newbie! I'm 27 and have been in the US Air Force now for 9 years. I've been married to my beautiful wife Elisa for four years now. I'm an Information Technology supervisor in the Air Force, and will continue this field after retirement. Currently, our goal is to make the military a career and retire at 20 years (so about 10 years from now), and soon after move back to San Antonio, Texas and begin our Commercial Real Estate ventures there. As previously mentioned, we're complete newbies, all that know is that between Residential and Commercial real estate, Commercial is the way to go. So for the next half of my career, we plan on gathering as much knowledge needed through these forums, connections, and articles to successfully delve into our real estate venture.

We can't wait to start learning!

-Jesse
